The Danish Beauty Award was held for the 19th time April 25, 2025, at the Tivoli Congress Center. The Danish Beauty Award is a prize awarded in the cosmetics industry for the best beauty products of the year. Every year, there is fierce competition to win the coveted awards in various categories. The winners receive their statuette at a grand awards show, where suppliers from the beauty industry, the press, retailers, sponsors, and others interested in beauty come together. The red carpet is always crowded. Tickets for the next event on April 24, 2026 will go on sale at Billetlugen in early 2026.

The categories include both luxury products and everyday products from the supermarket, as well as professional products for hairdressers and cosmetologists. They cover everything from fragrances to face creams and foot lotions, as well as sun products and beauty treatments. The categories for 2025 can be found here.

In almost all categories, a jury panel selects the five nominees and winners from the registered products. The Beauty Communicators' Prize has a group of Danish beauty writers choose a winner. There are also often one or two sponsor awards. The Inner Beauty and Inner Wellbeing Awards goes to supplements, superfoods, or probiotics that enhances beauty from within.

All suppliers of beauty products can register their products. The only requirements are that the products are legal according to cosmetic regulations and were launched in the past calendar year. This means that the awards given in 2026 will be for products that entered the Danish market in 2025, except for the Classic that must have been on the market for a longer time. Inner Beauty and Wellbeing can participate regardless of the launch year, but not winners from the last 5 years. Registration will start October/November 2025 after the kickoff meeting. There is Early Bird registration in December and the deadline will be in January 2026.

Suppliers can promote their products for free with the nominated or winner logo when they are nominees or winners. The jury panel consists of 13 judges with professional expertise in the beauty field. The jury panel for 2025 is seen here.
